These are nice Dresses but they are cheapened by the substandard "hardware" in the lacing system. The top 3 "metal" lacing hooks are cheap and bend easily if they catch on anything. The mini-lug is odd and not practical. I live on a ranch and am constantly going outside and back into the house. The mini lug catches dirt and then releases itself on the floor when I go inside. I have a couple of suggestions for your Product Development department. 1. improve the quality of the top 3 lacing hardware hooks. I'll pay an extra couple of dollars for a quality product. I'm already paying top dollar and I expect the top quality. 2. Take the silly little girl lug off the CHICHI Dresses and go back to the original non lug sole. You guys need to pick a lane on this one. If someone needs a lug, they should buy a logger CHICHI Dresses . It's a bit disheartening to see what has become of this classic.
