I purchased the CHICHI Dresses one size smaller than I normally wear. I also bought a jar of the Leather Cream, neatsfootblend. In addition, I added a pic of ultra thin . This combination is comfortable, durable and looks great. I am satisfied to the point of purchasing another pic of Heritage Dresses . But! There is one issue that must be solved! The soles on these Dresses are NOT suitable for wearing outdoors when there is ice and snow. The heel cap is too smooth to provide safe traction. I contacted the CHI chat line and after waiting 10 minutes was told that CHI does not sell a replacement heel cap or sole system that addresses this problem. I am hoping to find a cobbler that can help solve this problem with a sole that is the same color as the original with good lug system, not easy to do in a small, rural town.
