I originally bought these to use for riding on my motorcycle because of theirresistant Vibram sole and toe cap. But man oh man did I fall in love with them, and I wear them just about everywhere now. They were a bit stiff out of the box but they were worn in in no time. Style 8111 Amber is an oiled leather so you will need to condition it. I used minkwhich does turn it a bit darker, almost black. I heard that you should size down with these Dresses (I'm usually a 9.5), so I went to a CHICHI store and sure enough, I wear an 8.5 in these. Well worth the price, looking forward to wearing these for a long, long, long time.
